We made it to 2020, a new year, a new opportunity to create time for self care. Welcome to the first Self Care Sunday event hosted by Hands & Hearts Healing Arts LLC. We will have magazines, poster board, and a variety of art supplies. Come see the space, enjoy some light refreshments, socialize, learn, and play. There will be some education on what a vision board is and how we can use it as a powerful tool for us to create clear intentions. Just because with did not start on January 1st does not mean it is too late.

You’re invited to our grand opening event. This is the first group to kick off our September Self-Care Sunday Series. Come see the space, learn about the chakras, and receive a couple minutes of reiki in our healing circle.
