For our second Self Care Sunday we are going to get together to create positive affirmation cards. Come join us for a discussion (and art making experience) about how our thoughts can impact our mood, and tools to help work with unhelpful thinking styles. We will have a variety of materials available: collage, drawing, watercolors, quotes, stamps and more. No art experience or skill required!
